Wolf Named NSIC Women's Indoor Track Athlete of the Week

Burnsville, MN – Posting one of the best times in the nation while setting a University of Mary record in the mile propelled Dakota Wolf to Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Women's Indoor Track Athlete of the Week honors. Wolf is the Marauders first student-athlete to earn NSIC recognition during the indoor track season.
 
The junior distance runner from Dickinson, MT, clocked a time of 4:47.23 in the mile, setting a school record and automatically qualifying for the NCAA Division II national indoor championships. Currently Wolf owns the second best time in the nation in the mile.
 
Additionally the cross country All-American also posted a provisional qualifying time in the 800 meter run at the NCAA Division I Montana State Open in Bozeman, MT, on Friday. Wolf covered the circuit in a blistering 2:15.25.
