BISMARCK, ND – The University of Mary hosts a Thanksgiving feast of men's basketball action when the second Dakota Challenge comes to the McDowell Activity Center on Friday and Saturday, November 28-29. The border battle features North Dakota representatives UMary and Minot State University facing South Dakota-based Black Hills State University and South Dakota Mines.
 
This is the second straight year the four schools have met on Thanksgiving weekend. Last season the four teams met in Rapid City, SD. UMary and Minot State are members of the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC). Black Hills State and South Dakota Mines compete in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC).  The quartet of schools were once all members of the Dakota Athletic Conference (DAC-10).

• Seniors and Youth (ages 13-18) $5 plus fees
• Children 12 and under are FREE when accompanied by an adult. Unaccompanied children ticket prices are $5 plus fees

• Adults tickets $15 cash | $15 + fees with credit card
• Seniors and Youth (aged 13-18) $10 cash | $10 + fees with credit card
• Children 12 and under are FREE when accompanied by an adult. Unaccompanied children ticket prices are $5 cash | $5 + fees with credit card.
